Abstract

This article focuses on the study of an initiative promoted in the field of Rwandan rural public schools through a transformative action based on a community school radio, an innovative and inclusive tool that pays special attention to public health educational and exemplifies the interaction/integration between all the participating actors, the dual humanistic-technological training and the organizational education that allows achieving self-management that overcomes the identified limitations. From the exhaustive knowledge of the Rwandan radio outlook, conditioned by political limitations and the shadow of genocide and ethnicity, the analysis of Radio Salus, a successful campus FM, allows us to advance the main objective: to use this model for the implementation of a radio at ESSA Ruhengeri Secondary School in Musanze, Rwanda.
