Abstract

Talking about Research Theories and Methodologies in Communication has been traditionally considered a difficult territory. In the present work, which is a reflection to two voices, a student of communication and a professor of Theories talk about young people, critical training and pedagogical practice in the classrooms. The objective is to identify what happens in the pedagogical fact through a estructurally important area in the training of communicologists and it is concluded that it would be convenient for teachers to review their theoretical discourses and be aware of the profesional training they are imparting and. On the other hand, give undergraduate students a real opportunity not to be treated based o strongly anchored  stereotypes. It reflects on the importance of informed and critical knowledge as well as the need for subjects to give meaning to their academic work. The theoretical discourse is based on authors such as Raúl Fuentes Navarro, Carlos Jesús Delgado Díaz, Ana María Netnol and Mabel Piccini. All of them agreeing Paulo Freire’s arguments.
