La dimensión pedagógica de la comunicación hospitalaria online

Resumen

La consolidación de Internet como herramienta de comunicación institucional y como fuente de información médica representa una oportunidad para los hospitales que desean mejorar las relaciones establecidas con sus stakeholders. En este contexto de medicina interactiva, los hospitales apuestan por desarrollar su propia página Web. Sin embargo, la diferenciación de marca exige que estas organizaciones fomenten un enfoque pedagógico en su comunicación online que se traduzca en promover la educación sanitaria del paciente a través de las distintas aplicaciones que ofrece Internet, como los blogs, las redes sociales y las aplicaciones de telefonía móvil.
